  2. Does Live Crickets (Premium Crickets) Guarantee your Shipment?

    Your Shipment is guaranteed if you choose Priority Overnight Shipping

    In the event your order shows up DOA, there is a $9.95 Order Reprocessing Fee.

    We reserve the right to determine if we will make a replacement shipment to you in the event of DOA or add more crickets at no charge to your next order.

    Other less expensive shipping options will be presented at check out, but the product will be shipped out at the risk of the customer.  The margins on this program are not high enough to provide a full guarantee.  We are running this program to help breeders with lower cricket costs.

  3. What days do you ship orders?

    We ship orders only on Monday.

    Orders will be collected through the week, but ship out only on Monday of each week.

  4. What is the cut off time for same day shipping?

    The cut off time for same day shipping is 2:00 Monday. Orders placed after 2:00 will be shipped the following shipping slot.

    For example, an order placed on Monday at 1:00 will ship on Monday. An order placed on Monday at 3:00 PM will ship on next Monday.

  6. What is the $9.95 Order Reprocessing Fee

    We charge $9.95 to cover the administrative portion of reprocessing a new replacement shipment to you.

    We reserve the right to determine if we will make a replacement shipment to you in the event of DOA or add more crickets at no charge to your next order.

  7. Do you offer refunds once an order is placed?

    Once you place an order we do not offer refunds to that order.

    Before placing your order, please check the weather conditions in your area as we might put your order on hold.
